Welcome to the Philadelphia Transit Vehicles (PTV) Website! This site is for public transportation enthusiasts who are interested in various types of public transportation agencies in the Delaware Valley region. We offer coverage for SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority), DART First State in Delaware, New Jersey Transit (NJT) mainly South jersey, and are expanding coverage of other transit systems in the state of Pennsylvania as well.
Other subjects, such as construction news and other note worthy items are also covered here. We will need your help with this site; with that in mind any sightings, or news that you may have will be greatly appreciated. Any information that is on the site has been deemed reliable, but not guaranteed and should be independently verified.

PCC II 2331 at the new Northern Liberties (aka Sugar House) loop at Frankford and Delaware across from the Sugar House Casino. Route 15 resumed trolley service after a six month suspension on Sunday, April 29th, 2012 but only as far as this new cut back loop.
